FAQ
Causes and solutions of manually operated circuit breakers that cannot be closed
>
1. The undervoltage release has no voltage or the coil is damaged, check the circuit, apply voltage or replace the coil;
2. The energy storage spring is deformed, resulting in a decrease in the closing force, and the energy storage spring is replaced;
3. If the reaction spring force is too large, readjust the spring force;
4. The mechanism cannot be reset and deducted again, and adjusted and deducted again to the specified value.
Why does the circuit breaker open immediately when starting the motor?
>
If the instantaneous setting value of overcurrent release is too small or incorrect, adjust the instantaneous setting value.
Why do leakage circuit breakers often cut off the power supply independently?
>
1. The change of leakage action current shall be sent to the manufacturer for re-calibration;
2. If there is leakage in the line, find out the reason, if the insulation of the wire is damaged, replace it.
Why does the circuit breaker break itself after a certain period of time?
>
1. If the setting value of the long delay of the overcurrent release is incorrect, readjust it;
2. Thermal components or semiconductor delay circuit components change, replacement.
Why does the circuit breaker not operate when it is short-circuited?
>
1. If the type is too large, the rated current of the circuit breaker is much larger than the calculated load current of the line; the circuit breaker with appropriate specifications should be replaced;
2. The wire is too thin and does not match the selected circuit breaker; the wire laying distance is too long; the wire matching the circuit breaker should be selected; the line should be re-laid.
Why does the breaker fail to close successfully?
>
1. If the load current is greater than the rated current of the circuit breaker, a suitable circuit breaker shall be selected;
2. The wire is too thin and does not match the selected circuit breaker, the line resistance increases, and the temperature of the circuit breaker rises. The wire matching the circuit breaker should be selected;
3. Load end short circuit or leakage, need to eliminate the fault;
4. If the product is damaged, the circuit breaker should be replaced.
Why does the terminal housing burn?
>
If the terminal is not tightened or the terminal is sliding, the product should be replaced and the customer should be reminded to pull the wire by hand to see if it is tightened after the wiring is completed.
