What if the display device cannot be connected or is not online during remote control?


1. Check whether the communication module is powered, or whether the communication line between the switch modules is reliably connected;
2. Check whether the communication module is effectively connected to the network, including wired network and wireless network;
3. When the device is in WIFI, 2G, 4G, NB-IoT and other connection modes, check the wireless signal coverage strength at that location, and the connection is unstable when the signal is weak;
4. Check whether the communication card is disabled due to arrears.
